Institutional membership is open to any Texas community college or district and directly affiliated foundations. Associate and affiliate membership options are available for those not qualified for institutional membership. For over 25 years’ members have counted this unique organization as one of the greatest resources for professional development and connecting with peers in Texas. Members collaborate and exchange information throughout the year via the statewide listserv and meet every February in Austin for the annual conference.

For TACCF Members:
• Early Bird: $230 – deadline is 10/31/25
• Regular: $285 – starting 11/1/25
For TACCF Non-Members:
• Early Bird: $370 – deadline is 10/31/25
• Regular: $475 – starting 11/1/25
TACCF Conference Policy
All registration fees are to be paid in full before the conference begins.
100% refund up to 4 weeks before the conference.
50% refund if cancellation is received 2-4 weeks before the conference.
No refund within two weeks of the conference.
TACCF is not responsible for the cancellation policy with the hotel but merely negotiates a lower price for a block of rooms as a benefit to conference attendees. All reservations are made directly with the hotel.
